"NFT" in this Privacy Policy refers to a non-fungible token or similar digital item implemented on a blockchain, for example, the Ethereum blockchain, which connects to or links with certain content or data using smart contracts. By using the Oases website and other software provided on or in connection with our services, as described in the Oases Terms of Service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to the following privacy policy.
1. What Personal Information About Users Does Oases Collect?
"Personal Data" means data that lets someone identify you individually, which may involve your name, email address, and any other personal information associated with or linked to any of the preceding. "Anonymous Data" includes both aggregated and de-identified data. It is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data and does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons. Details of how we gather your personal information are described as follows:
1.1 Data You Provide Us
(a) Personal Information: We may collect your personal information, such as email addresses, names, usernames, and other information you provide when you use our services, update your account information or contact us. We will also collect your blockchain addresses, which may be related to Personal Data when you use our services.
(b) Preferences: You can set up preferences on how your content is displayed or your favorites based on our Service, which may be linked with your browser or identification.
(c) Contact Information: Your contact information and any other content included in your feedback will be collected.
(d) Others: We may also collect your Personal Data on other occasions where you provide it voluntarily or where we declare that we are collecting your Personal Data.
1.2 Data Collected by System
When you browse and interact with our Service, we may use automated data collection techniques to collect certain information about your device, cookies, etc., as described below.
(a) Data Collected by Servers: We (or a third-party service provider) will collect your browser and wallet data, the address of your Internet Protocol ("IP"), your time/date stamp, and your operating system in order to provide you with a more useful Service.
(b) Log Files: As with most websites and applications, we automatically collect some information about you and store it in log files, including the clickstream data, operating system, Internet service provider ("ISP"), referring/exit pages, browser type, date/time stamps, and IP addresses. Such information is used to analyze trends, manage the Service, track users' movements around the Service, and better tailor our Service to the users' needs. For instance, when you access the Service, the system may collect certain information about you in order to identify you and use this information to personalize your experience.
(c) Cookies: As is true of most online services, we may use session Cookies, which expire once you close your web browser, and persistent Cookies, which stay on your computer until you delete them, to identify your device or browser and to provide and improve the Oases Service.
(d) Pixel Tag: Furthermore, we use "Pixel Tags" (aka clear Gifs, Web beacons, or Web bugs) to analyze how users find our Service, provide a more useful Service to users, and customize the user experience to suit the users' specific interests and needs.
(e) How We Deal with Non-tracking Signals: Our systems currently do not recognize signals or mechanisms, such as "Do Not Track," that may allow users to opt out of tracking on our website.
(f) Analytics Services: Besides the tracking technologies, such as Cookies and Pixel Tags, other companies may place their own cookies or similar technologies when you access our Service, including third-party analytics services ("Analytics Services") that we engage in analyzing the user activity on our website. The information generated by Cookies or other tools about your use of our Service (the "Analytics Information") is transmitted to the Analytics Services. The Analytics Services use Analytics Information to compile reports on user activity, which we may receive on an individual or aggregate basis. We use the information we get from Analytics Services to promote our Service. The Analytics Services may also transfer data to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process Analytics Information on their behalf. Each Analytics Services' ability to use and share Analytics Information is limited by such Analytics Services' terms of use and privacy policy. By using our Service, you agree that the Analytics Services process your data in the manner and for the purposes described above.
1.3 Data Collected by Third Parties
Some Personal and/or Anonymous Data about you may be sent to us from third-party companies that provide their products and/or services for use with our Service or whose products and/or services may be linked to our Service. For instance, third-party wallet providers offer us your blockchain address and other certain information you decide to share with them. Such information may be added to the Data already collected from or about you through our Service.
1.4 Public Information Stored on Blockchains
We collect publicly visible and/or accessible data on blockchain, such as blockchain addresses and information about NFT purchases, sales, or transfers, which may then be linked with other data you provide to us.
2. For What Purposes Do Oases Use Your Personal Data?
(a) We use your Personal Data for the purpose of running our business, providing the Service, personalizing your experience on the Service, and improving the Service as described below:
(i) facilitate the creation and security of the users' accounts;
(ii) confirm that you are a user of our system;
(iii) offer you our Service, including but not limited to helping you explore and create NFTs using our products and, at your discretion, connect with others directly to buy, sell, or transfer NFTs on public blockchains;
(iv) improve the quality of the user experience and the administration of our Service by analyzing how users find and interact with the Service;
(v) offer customer support and deal with your questions related to employment opportunities or other requests;
(vi) detect, prevent, address and investigate fraud, behaviors that may violate our Terms of Services, and/or other harmful or unlawful conduct;
(vii) disclose your username around the NFTs accessible in your third-party wallet and NFTs that you have interacted with;
(viii) send you system notifications, including security, support, and maintenance messages, as well as notices related to our Services or third-party goods and services, such as newsletters and promotional materials;
(ix) notify you of actions on the Service, such as notifications of offers on your NFTs;
(x) comply with applicable laws, cooperate with investigations by law enforcement or other authorities of suspected violations of law, and/or pursue or defend against legal threats and/or claims; and(xi) act in any other way we may describe when you provide the Personal Data.
(b) We may create Anonymous Data records from Personal Data. In order to improve the Service navigation to enhance customer service, we use Anonymous Data in analyzing patterns of requests and usage. We reserve the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and to disclose Anonymous Data to third parties without restriction.
3. How Your Personal Data Is Disclosed?
We disclose your Personal Data as explained below and as explained elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
3.1 Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your Personal Data with third-party service providers on our behalf. Examples include preventing, detecting, and responding to unauthorized activities; providing technical infrastructure services; conducting quality assurance testing; providing other support to the Service and to us; providing technical and customer support; and/or analyzing how our Service is used.
3.2 Affiliates
We may share some or all of your Personal Data with any joint ventures, subsidiaries, or other institutions under our common control (solely or collectively referred to as "Affiliates"), where the Affiliates will be required to honor the Oases Privacy Policy.
3.3 Reorganization
In the event of the negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, or dissolution transaction or proceeding involving the sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets, we may share some or all of your associated Personal Data. Your Personal Data may also be transferred as a business asset in the case of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership. If our company, assets, or business is acquired by another company, the Personal Data collected by us will be possessed by that company, which will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.

Oases may disclose your Personal Data if it believes in good faith that such disclosure is necessary regardless of any choices you make about it (as described below):
(a) to protect or defend the rights or property of Oases or users of the Service;
(b) to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas, warrants, or other legal process served on Oases;
(c) in connection with any legal investigation; and/or
(d) to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy, or our Terms of Service.
3.5 Others
We may also disclose your Personal Data to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it, for any other reason explained by us when you provide it; or at your discretion.
4. How Is Your Personal Data Used by Third-Party Entities?
4.1 Third-Party Websites
Our Service may include links to third-party websites. When you click on a link to another website, you will leave our Service and go to another website, which may collect Personal Data from you. We do not review, have no control over, and cannot be responsible for these third-party websites or their content. The terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these third-party websites or their content or their collection of your Personal Data after you click on links to such third-party websites. Links to third-party websites do not signify our endorsement of such third parties or their products, content, or websites and are for your convenience only.
4.2 Third-Party Wallets
In order to use our Service, you must have a third-party wallet that enables you to engage in public blockchains transactions. Your interactions with any third-party wallet providers are governed by the applicable terms of service and privacy policy of those third parties.
5. What Choices Do Users Have Regarding Information?
5.1 Emails
You may receive promotional or transaction service-related emails from us periodically, which promote the use of our Service or third-party goods and services and notify you of transaction information. You may set up a preference to stop receiving these emails by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email you receive or through Notifications Preferences on the Oases Settings page.
5.2 Cookies
If you no longer wish to accept cookies from our Service for any of the above purposes, you can stop accepting cookies by changing your browser's Settings or instruct your browser to prompt you before accepting cookies from the website you visit. However, you may not be able to use all features of the Service without accepting cookies.
6. How Do Users Access and Control Personal Data?
The Settings page allows you to view, access, edit, or delete your Personal Data for certain aspects of the Service. You may also have additional rights as follows:
(a) Under the respective European and UK General Data Protection Regulations ("GDPR"), users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom have certain rights, including
(i) requesting access to and receiving a copy of your Personal Data;
(ii) requesting rectification or erasure of your Personal Data;
(iii) objecting to or restricting the processing of your Personal Data; and
(iv) requesting the portability of your Personal Data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time if we have collected and dealt with your Personal Data with your consent.
(b) California residents will have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), including
(i) requesting access to and obtaining a copy of your Personal Data;
(ii) requesting to delete the Personal Data that we have collected about you; and
(iii) opting-out of the sale of your Personal Data. We do not "sell" your "personal information" as the terms are defined under the CCPA.
(c) Please contact us via support@oases.com if you wish to exercise your rights under the GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable data protection or privacy laws. Your identity shall be verified and you may be asked to provide relevant information regarding your request. We will respond to and act upon any above request based on applicable laws. You shall not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
(d) Please be aware that we do not have custody or control over any blockchains and any information stored on a blockchain, including details of purchases, sales, and transfers related to your blockchain address and NFTs held at that address, cannot be edited or deleted.
7. How Users' Data Is Retained?
We may keep your Personal Data as long as you continue to use the Service, own an account of Oases, or for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. If such retention is reasonable and necessary to comply with our legal obligations, enforce our Terms or other agreements, protect our legitimate interests, resolve disputes, and/or prevent fraud and abuse, we may continue to keep your Personal Data after you delete your account and/or cease to use the Service. We will delete your Personal Data when it is no longer required for these purposes.
8. How Secure Is User's Information?
We take the security of your data seriously and try our best to keep the integrity and security of data gathered via our Service using physical, administrative, and technological safeguards. No security system is impenetrable, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems. If any information under our custody and control is compromised as a result of a security breach, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, we will notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised immediately and take steps to investigate and remediate the situation.You are responsible for the security of your digital wallet, and you are recommended to ensure it remains secure now and then. Don't hesitate to get in touch with your wallet provider if you discover any issue related to your wallet.
9. Are Underage Users Allowed to Use the Oases Service?
The Service we provide is intended solely for adult use. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect any information from children under the age of 18. A parent or legal guardian should contact us at the address provided in Section 12 if he or she becomes aware that his or her child is using our services or has provided us with any personally identifiable information. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with any personally identifiable information, we will promptly delete the child's account and all relevant information.
10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The validity, interpretation, modification, execution, and dispute resolution of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. The general international business practice and/or industry practice shall be referred to if there is no relevant legal provision.All claims, disputes, or controversies ("Disputes") arising from or related to this Privacy Policy or the violation, suspension, or invalidity of this Privacy Policy shall be settled by both parties through friendly negotiation. If the two parties fail to reach an agreement, each party hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for the purpose of any suit, action, or other proceeding arising out of or based upon this Privacy Policy.The user is aware of the characteristics of the Internet without borders and agrees to comply with all applicable areas related to Internet services on this platform, including but not limited to the use of services and networks as well as laws and regulations governing output technology and data transmission.
11. Updating the Privacy Policy
There may be changes to this Privacy Policy in the future, of which you will always be notified. The date the Privacy Policy was last updated is shown at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. You are responsible for visiting our Service and this Privacy Policy from time to time to check for any updates.
