This Privacy Policy describes how we gather, use, process, and share your personal information to help you understand and exercise your privacy rights. "NFT" in this Privacy Policy refers to a non-fungible token or similar digital item implemented on a blockchain, for example, the Ethereum blockchain, which connects to or links with certain content or data using smart contracts. By using the Oases website and other software provided on or in connection with our services, as described in the Oases Terms of Service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to the following privacy policy.

"Personal Data" means data that lets someone identify you individually, which may involve your name, email address, and any other personal information associated with or linked to any of the preceding. "Anonymous Data" includes both aggregated and de-identified data. It is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data and does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons. Details of how we gather your personal information are described as follows:

(a) Personal Information: We may collect your personal information, such as email addresses, names, usernames, and other information you provide when you use our services, update your account information or contact us. (e) How We Deal with Non-tracking Signals: Our systems currently do not recognize signals or mechanisms, such as "Do Not Track," that may allow users to opt out of tracking on our website.
(f) Analytics Services: Besides the tracking technologies, such as Cookies and Pixel Tags, other companies may place their own cookies or similar technologies when you access our Service, including third-party analytics services ("Analytics Services") that we engage in analyzing the user activity on our website.
